It's Been a Really Long time
So is anyone out there viewing my blog......Hello, Hello. Alright its been a really long time since I posted so here it goes. Training is going really well. All systems are a go towards IM USA. I had a great meeting with my Coach earlier today. I am into the base phase right now. So please let me know if anyone is out there. Maybe someone in the tri blogger alliance will find me. Big Kahuna, Chuck, Tri-Daddy, J-L Iron Ventures, Iron Pol. Come one throw me a bone here.

We are out here! Since you visited me I will visit you. So you are a teacher. Do you teach in Oshawa? I teach at Oshawa Central collegiate.
Where did you find a coach for triathlon in Oshawa. Or are they from somewhere else?
