The Weekly Wrap Up
This week was great for training. Monday morning was an ealry morning cycle on the trainer. Tuesday was a super early morning swim followed by evening dryland. Wednesday was a quick run Thursday was a swim cycle day. Saturday Baby Swiss and I hit the trainer for an hour and a half with a quick stop for a diaper change (for Baby Swiss not me). Sunday long run the tem was 11 c outside yee haw!I was really pleased with my Tuesday swim because I have begun to ramp up my volume and intensity after getting my January schedule. Swam 1800 my swim workouts start at 2000 so I felt I needed to get ready even though I know I can knock off 2000m. Thanks for reading. Is anybody out there??????????????????????

Sunday and the week ahead
So has anyone else seen or even accidently stumbled across this blog beside me? Sunday was a beautiful day at 7 C but I still went easy on the run at 10.5 km nice and slow no need to blast out the km's yet. This morning was an hour on the trainer before work and off to the pool for a swim before work and dryland at night.

This weekend
Friday is the beloved rest day! Last night we were at a Christmas party so I didn't get on the bike until 9 this morning. Baby Swiss (5 months) and I had a great ride for an hour and a half. Don't worry Baby Swiss wasn't sitting on the aerobars. Tomorrow morning its along run.

Join Me
Come along for the ride as I get ready to train for Ironman Usa in Lake Placid July 22nd 2007. I'll try to make this blog more exciting than today's post. This morning I followed my swim workouts in a binder and swam 1700 metres. Tonight is Dryland with my coach.
